About Niki

Niki is a developmental expert with extensive experience working with children across outpatient, school, inpatient, and telehealth environments. Her approach is grounded in a strengths-based, relational framework, and she prioritizes collaboration with families through a holistic lens.

Her passion lies in assisting families in fostering their children's independence in sensory processing, activities of daily living, visual and motor development, and play skills. With specialized training in feeding support, primitive reflexes, understanding the neuroscience behind challenging behaviors, and the Safe and Sound Protocol, she aims to provide comprehensive and tailored coaching.

Her mission is to offer individualized support that empowers families to thrive and enhance their quality of life. She believes in cultivating a nurturing environment where children feel encouraged to play, explore, and flourish.

Outside of helping families

Other interests.

Outside of work, Niki loves to hike and camp with her husband and their dog, Olive. She greatly enjoys watching and playing sports. Recently, she has begun making sourdough bread and enjoys sharing new recipes with loved ones.

Kinspire allows me to connect and build relationships with families in their natural environment. It is a unique and beneficial opportunity to enrich daily routines in real time.
