Do you sell my family's data?
No. Never. Your family's information is never sold to anyone.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your information is never used to train public AI models. It's used for one thing: building support for your family.
What does “de-identified” mean?
Before your information reaches any AI partner, we remove details that could identify your family, like names and places. Using a nickname for your child adds another layer of privacy.
Is Kinspire HIPAA compliant?
Kinspire is built to HIPAA privacy standards, and your information is encrypted and visible only to your family.
Why can't I chat freely with Dawn?
Dawn is designed to get you what you need and send you back to your life, not to keep you talking. Structured check-ins ask the questions our clinicians would ask, so you get clear, usable plans. Emotional support is a human job, so we staff it with real people.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@kinspireapp.com and we'll delete it. You can also update or remove answers in your Family Profile anytime.
