About Nicole
Nicole Lussier, MOT, OTR/L, is a developmental expert with 17 years of experience supporting children and families. The majority of her career has been in early intervention and supporting school-aged children. She helps families better understand what's underneath their child's challenges so everyday routines can feel more manageable and more connected.
Her specialty areas include child development, sensory processing, feeding, play skills, emotional regulation, and activities of daily living. Her approach is routine-based and centered on collaborative coaching — meeting each child where they are and supporting progress through practical strategies that fit into real life.
What she loves most about this work is partnering with parents. She believes the biggest changes happen between sessions, when caregivers feel confident using tools in the moments that matter most to their family. Her goal is for families to leave each conversation feeling supported, encouraged, and clear on what to do next, while celebrating progress in all its forms — big and small.

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her family and being fully present in everyday moments — especially cheering on her kids at their sports games. She also enjoys traveling, working out, and getting outside in nature.
