Get to know me

I'm a licensed occupational therapist that has had the amazing opportunity to work with many children and families in both the school and outpatient settings. I have had the opportunity to work both virtually and in-clinic with families. I have helped families navigate the complex world of sensory processing and have helped many children on the autism spectrum as well as with ADHD. I am passionate about providing families with resources, tools, and activities that can help provide long-lasting, positive change. Life is always moving and changing, but the knowledge, tools, and resources I hope to help you gain through Kinspire will last a lifetime.

How would you describe your approach to working with families?

Families have enough stress in their lives. I want to offer a caring, flexible, and positive presence for families. My goal is to connect and work with families in a way that can help ease some of their stress.

What are you able to accomplish with Kinspire that you couldn’t in a traditional occupational therapy setting?

You can help families in the moment with real-life challenges that come up. It is more intertwined with their day-to-day life and helps families to learn these tools so they can use them regularly.

What gives you hope when working with children and families facing these challenging diagnoses?

Seeing families and children really engage with the program and put the therapy tools to use! Families that come to Kinspire are already showing how dedicated they are to helping their child, and that kind of support makes such a big difference for children when it comes to making progress.

Other Interests

Outside of work I love spending time with my family and being out in nature. I have a very active little one who loves going to parks, for bike rides and splashing around in water. We spend much of our time running around and playing. I also enjoy the Disney parks- Animal Kingdom and Epcot are our favorites!
