Get to know me

Hi! My name is Danielle, and I've been practicing pediatric occupational therapy since 2018. My journey started at the University of Florida, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I then took a gap year to teach English in Spain; this is where I fell in love with working with children! I returned and attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where I received my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Since then, I've worked in outpatient pediatric clinics, schools, homes, and have even run virtual sessions. I specialize in helping kids with big emotions and challenging behaviors through nervous system regulation, reflex integration, and sensory processing.

My passion is empowering families to feel confident in helping their children. It's so rewarding for me to help a family go from daily struggles to daily successes. I celebrate your wins as though they're my own! Outside of work, you can find me hanging out with friends and family, trying new restaurants in Jacksonville, walking my neighborhood for some sunshine, or curling up on my couch with a good book.

I look forward to building our relationship as we go through this journey together! I'm here with you every step of the way.

Other Interests

Outisde of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, parents, siblings, and friends. I love cooking dinner together or going out to try a new restaurant. There's nothing better than finishing a successful workday, going for a walk, cooking dinner, and hanging on the couch to watch a new show before bed. On the weekends, I love walking my neighborhood and trying new restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Although I don't travel as much as I used to, I love any excuse to get my friends together in any location new or old!

"Kinspire allows me to empower parents to feel confident in helping their children in ways that I wouldn't be able to in a typical setting."
