Get to know me

I am a licensed speech-language pathologist with a passion for empowering children with complex communication needs. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2018 and received my master's degree at UT Health San Antonio in 2020. Through my work, I strive to make a difference by utilizing multi-modal communication strategies to support a child’s development and enhance their quality of life.

I have experience working with individuals in a variety of settings including private practice, inpatient rehab, home health, and virtual therapy services. Over the past several years, I have completed advanced training in gestalt language processing, autism in girls, functional goal writing, and relationship-based therapy.

My approach goes beyond therapy sessions; I prioritize building strong connections not only with the children I work with but also with their parents. By encouraging open communication and collaboration, I empower families to actively participate in their child's therapy journey. I use the child’s passions and interests to address therapy goals in a natural and positive environment while supporting their sensory needs.

Other Interests

I currently reside in Atlanta, GA with my husband and labradoodle named Stella. I love cooking, traveling to new places, playing pickleball, and spending time outdoors with my pup. Sports have always been a big part of my life, probably because I grew up with 3 brothers. You can always catch me cheering on the Texas Longhorns during football season (hook’em!).

"Kinspire provides the missing piece that is often left out of traditional therapy services. It allows parents to connect and communicate with their therapists in real time to help support their child throughout the day in their natural environment."
